If Trial Version information does not disappear as expected then:
 
1. Check license information again and compare to original delivered information
2. Please make sure that the server name in license information is correct. Please contact your administrator for correct server name (host name) see screenshot below.

If hostname is not correct you have to request a new license information. Please send the correct host name and your current license information to sales@SharePartXXL.com.
 
Please note: With the activation of the new license information the old license becomes invalid.

Go to SharePoint Central Administration, tab "Operations" and click on "Solution management"

 

You will find "sharepartxxl.linkedpicturecolumn.wsp" inside the list, please click on this entry to see its properties.

Please click on "Retract Solution"

Make sure you've chosen both "Now" for the timer job and "All Contents Web Applications" as the retracting scope.

Confirm the uninstallation of the Taxonomy Extension for Microsoft SharePoint by the OK-Button. Now you'll return to the solution-list from the last step.

After a short period of time the solution should have the status "not deployed" within the list (you can refresh it's status by pressing F5).

If so, click on the entry and finally remove the solution by clicking on "Remove solution"

  • Please check if you've installed Servicepack 1 for WSS/MOSS.
  • Run "installSPXXLLPC.bat" - this will use the stsadm command line tool to install and deploy the solution to all local sharepoint site collections
  • Now you will find a new column type that can be added to your lists or libraries
